Animation Notify - Not reliably triggering audio

Hi,

When playing an audio clip via an animation blueprint (Animation - > Notifies → Add Notify → PlaySound); after a short period of it working as expected (maybe 10 - 100 triggers), the audio file stops getting fired. The only way to get it functioning again is by restarting the editor.

I seem to only experience this with some audio files, all of which meet the file requirements (16 bit, stereo, .wav), I have reproduced this using some of the example content audio files too, such as the assault rifle gun shots from Shooter Game.

I have experienced this issue on v4.4.0 and v4.4.1 of the editor (download version)

Great stuff! this appears to have been fixed now…I assume the ‘Fixed an error that could occur with Notify tracks in animation Montages’ from this thread was related? In any case, I’m glad it’s solved…Thanks!
