[Easy]How to make translucent effect as appers in documentation

Hi there,

Im starting to learn shaders and i want to archive this:

https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/images/Engine/Rendering/Overview/3LitSnow4.jpg

This image is from the unreal documentation: Lit Translucency in Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.1 Documentation
It remains me how water look on anime series.

Plz im kinda new on this so general guide will not work for me i guess maybe some blueprint or stuff.

Hey son1cman -

What you are seeing in this image is a ray of light skimming across the a lit translucent particle effect. So, in the Content Examples, the m_flare_01 material is close to what was used in the above particle effect except change the Material Blend to Translucent and shading model to Default Lit. Ultimately though the effect you are seeing is not a material at all.

Thank You

Ketchum

Oh i see, this is huge for me because it brings some light on the grainy reflection effect i want to archive, can you plz give me some ideas on how to archive this reflection effect:
