My name is Rene, I am Brazilian and an UE4 user too. I am also one of the admins from The Brazilian UE4 Group on facebook.
We wish to report a little problem we’re having. The price of US$19 is a very attractive price from the american point of view but in our currency (real) we pay more than the double ( R$ 43.00).
Unfortunately our base salary is way below the american salary, what makes the price of R$ 43.00 a month not affordable for. This problem makes a lot of developers to use Unity 3D or Cryengine, or even pirated versions of UE4.
The truth is wants to use UE4. Our petition is:
Is it possible for EPIC to review the prices for Brazil and make this amazing engine as accessible to all brazilian subscribers as it is to all americans?
