My Blueprint Tab Scroll Bar Bug

This issue was fixed by a restart, but I wanted to report it anyway.

In the My Blueprint tab I have the window scrolled down to the variables section. When I do things such as click the event graph, enter a tooltip, etc, then the scrollbar snaps to the top of the window. I have to scroll all the way back down to my variables or whatever function I was using following any action. This is rather annoying.

I have been away from the project for awhile so this could be new with 4.4, but I don’t know. The only thing I have done recently is add 3 array variables and put a handful of nodes on the event graph. Perhaps that bugged the editor our requiring a restart.

I have 20+ folders with 150+ variables and perhaps 100 functions in this My Blueprint window. I don’t know if that is a contributing factor but it definitely makes the issue more problematic than it would be for most people since I have to scroll so much to get back to my previous location.

On another note, folders for functions in this window would be a godsend!

Hi Zeustiak,

I haven’t been able to reproduce your issue yet. If it happens again or if you see anyone else on the AnswerHub or the Forums with a similar problem, please post a link to it here.

As for the having folders in the My Blueprints panel for variables and functions. This functionality has been brought up internally as well and it is currently in our system as a feature request. Please keep in mind that a feature request isn’t a guarantee that it will be added to the editor, but our developers will definitely be looking into it.

Thanks,
TJ
