Can't download UE4 : Subscribe instead of Install

Hi Everyone !

When I’m trying to install an old version of Unreal Engine, the launcher says that i can subscribe but not install.
Also the launcher doesn’t receive any information at start.
I Have my account actived.

Hey malfrax,

Can you try deleting that engine slot (hit the little X in the corner) and then adding a new one (by hitting the little + at the top, next to “Engines”)?

We had an issue with the Launcher on Sunday. Could you please check this again and let us know if this is still an issue for you?

We are marking this post as Resolved for tracking purposes. The Launcher issue from Sunday 9/7 has been resolved. We are currently looking into the cause so we can make sure that it doesn’t happen again.
