Why are my wheels are steering in just one direction?

Hi, I made a buggy, in UE 4 i have two problems now.

  1. If i am steering the frontwheels are steering just in one direction, so the left one is just moving if i steer to the left (the right wheel is’nt moving) If i steer to the Right just the Right front wheel is moving to the right and the left on isnt moving. I have no idea what could cause this.

  2. how ever the wheels hare spinning, but the vehicle isnt moving. it seems like the Wheels are not on the ground and the body is already colliding, but also at a wheel szise of 1000 (!) i have this problem.
