[Request] Material Instance Tooltips

In a Material when we add a Parameter we have the Desc option. When we create Material Instances from this Material i would like to see the Desc as Tooltips inside Material Instance.

Hi Satheesh,

I understand your request to have the Desc information for a parameter also appear in the Material Instance (this is a nice idea). But you say you would like it to appear as a Tooltip (the pop-up that appears when you mouse-hover over something). Can you explain this part more? Where would you expect the Desc information to be displayed?

I want the Desc as Tooltip. For example i create a new color parameter and in the Desc i typed “This is a Color”. Now when i create a Material Instance and hover over the color parameter i want the Tooltip to show “This is a Color”. :slight_smile:
