[Request] Scale Factor on Static Mesh / Skeletal Mesh

In Unity on FBX asset there is a field called “Scale Factor”. What it does it scale mesh to root on import allowing a scale of 1 in editor to be different than what it was on import. It’s handy when dealing with assets from other projects that use different unit scales, and keeps you from having to perform a counter-scaling on every instance of asset in map to make them match.

Can we get a Scale Factor in import dialog, or better yet, in Static Mesh / Skeletal Mesh editors?
