Thank you for reporting this issue. I am going to need a bit more information from you before I begin investigation. Would you be able to attach your project log files and your DXdiag to this report? Also, are you able to recreate this issue from a new, template project? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

I can create the same without having to do everything?
and it all started after setting a custom font to migrate the tappy, and change the letters

Are you able to recreate the issue by loading up a brand new project and then attempting to package and deploy that project? Is there any way that I may be able to recreate the issue on my end?

I just tried to download the link that you have provided and it is showing an error saying that the file has been viewed to many times and is unavailable for download. Would you be able to try one more time?
It is also stating that if the file is too large it may take up to 24 hours to download. I am unsure as to why this error is showing.
