Prerequisites error E-1603 - could not install

Hi
Tried to install UE4 few times and faced to error 1603 right after start of Launcher Prerequisites application. First time installing, every Visual C++ and Visual studio redistributables have been deleted with reboot after that. Administrative privileges didn’t help.

4GBRAM
AMD Radeon HD 7670M + Intel graphics 400
Windows 8.1

What I gave to do to install UE4? Help, please.

Please try the following to make sure all of the prerequisites are installed.

  1. Manually download and install DirectX from here: Link
  2. Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86). On 64bit Windows also install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64)
  3. Install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012. On 32bit Windows install vcredist_x86.exe. On 64bit Windows install both vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe.
  4. Install [Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013][5]. On 32bit Windows install vcredist_x86.exe. On 64bit Windows install both vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe.
  5. Install the latest Launcher to see if the issue has been resolved.
