I just trying to install UE4 4.9.2. But first there is installation problem so i do some research and get this link . After close explorer.exe it started installation. but after i stopped it so i can resume it later after it just show please wait and then it show Resume. And this happens again and again. I am not able to resume it.

it is working now…
don’t know how but i just do close and restart explorer many times and then it works fine
