Cannot Run Build | Failed to Open Descriptor File
I get no build errors when packaging my game. I don't know why I can run the executable. I don't know what steps I'm missing.
So I copy over the uproject, but then it says none of my cooked stuff is there even though I saw it cooking in the output log.
