When taking off my HMD(Oculus CV1), VR mode does not automatically exit. I have to use the keyboard shortcut to exit, which doesn’t always work on the first try. I tried disabling automatic entry into VR mode and still had trouble exiting.
I was unable to reproduce this issue internally on our end. I have a few questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.
Quick questions:
Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project?
If so, could you provide a detailed list of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
Could you provide the exact version number for the version that you are on (Help > About Unreal Editor > You should see the version number)?

I see now that my question has to do with talking to the proximity sensor of the oculus. Hopefully someone can give me advise on how to do this in blueprints. Any advice will be appreciated.
I saw the post as I was searching for a way to make the oculus exit automatically. I am working on a project and am struggling to make my oculus exit to the main menu automatically. To be more specific, I want to exit to the main menu the moment I remove my HMD/oculus, without pressing any buttons.

The original post for this thread is dealing with the auto exit feature for the VR editor. This feature appears to be working on our end. What you appear to be working towards would be a way to automatically exit during game play. This would be a different question from that of the original poster. I would suggest creating a new thread and placing a link to that new thread in a reply here so that someone can follow up.
