Can't use reflections correctly with ES3.1

The sky does not reflect it for some reason.And movable cube is same.

Is this bug?

Just from my initial testing it looks like the Skylight is not supported on your device. Look at this AnswerHUB: Mobile Skylight rendering errors on Android devices. - Rendering - Epic Developer Community Forums

In the answer I saw a possible solution. Just comment back if this isn’t what you are looking for. How I know the Skylight is involved is if you remove your skylight you will get that black reflection.

Remove SkyLighit and DirectionalLighit, Add Ceiling and PointLighit.

This is old my bug reports.

This is 4.12(GitHub version). SkyLighit was removed.
In this Lebel, SkySphere is reflected.

This is 4.13pr1. SkyLighit was removed.
In this Lebel, SkySphere is reflected. But box obj is not reflected.
