Download Blueprints/Uassets when they are required, rather then having all content installed on a mobile device

Is there a way I can have assets download to a mobile platform when they are called, rather then have an application be complete at all times.

Essentially I’m building a game that would have a lot of optional content that not everyone would require or want so is there to create something like this?

I’m sure there must be a way but I’ve not tried something like this before and wouldn’t really know where to start. I haven’t been able to find anything but I’m probably just wording my searches incorrectly.
