I have been entering r.Shadow.RadiusThreshold=.01 to no avail. I have feeling I am entering the command incorrectly. I cannot seem to adjust this value. Any direction would be helpful, Thanks! I have shadows disappearing between due to the camera distance from the shadow, and I am using a point light, not a directional light.

You can set this in the Project Settings > Rendering > Min Screen Radius for Lights. There’s not real need to set this setting via console command.
If you want to set it by console command remember that you do not need the “=” between the command and the value. You can just use a space. You only need the equal sign when setting these values in a .ini file.
