How can I take a part of my material and give it a fixed tiling size, independent of mesh/UV size?

I’m almost done making my game’s weapon shop and I’ve added a panning glimmer effect so even in the dark corners it’s easy to see what is a shop item and what is just decoration. But all my meshes have different sizes and UV setup, so the glimmer comes in wildly different sizes and looks awkward. Thanks much.
