is it possible to put effects on the LISTENER, without losing spacialization and attenuation of different sound sources??

I want a situatoin where the hearing of the player can be altered with effects (kind of like on a trip). I have various sound sources placed in the world with spacialization and attenuation. I tried out two approaches:

  1. If I route everything on a audiobus and use a sourcebus
  2. I use a Metasound with audio bus reader
    but with both strategies I lose the attenuation and spacialisation of my sound sources placed in the world. :frowning:
    would love to hear your ideas :slight_smile: am I doing something wrong?
