Material editor adds comment field on any action (+video)

Hi all. I dont know is it a bug or not, but comment field is added on any action (drag, link) in material editor.
If it’s not a bug, how can I disable this annoying functionality…

Do you have this issue if you restart the editor?

Yes. Its the first thing Ive tried. Ive also tried build-in projects (same problem). Now Im downloading 4.6.1 instead 4.7.6 to check if the same problem will occur…

And…The same in 4.6.1

Ive just turned off “Lingoes” (program for context translation).
