Oh…sorry, it just released Feb 9th and I had never heard of it. Your best bet to getting a quicker response/fix would be to use the contact email for the asset in the marketplace…and if you don’t get a response, email the marketplace team directly or post in the marketplace forums.
First try the normal support path by emailing the seller for help and if you don’t get any responses or a resolution to your problem within a few days you can email the marketplace team to request a refund and since you are having issues and you could show that you’ve attempted to get support from the seller with no help I am sure they would give you a refund.
I’m having the same Issue Ive tried Multiple Engines and 2015 And 2017 Visual Studio Niether is working , the suggested source port is useless as well. But others have it working . Does anyone have a suggestion other than refund . The assets are ther just not usable I’m guessing
