I’d just like to ask which one is better in terms of performance/quality/etc.,
Is it better to have a separate 3d wall mesh with a certain size (such as the 400 x 300 wall) OR
Is it better to have one wide wall mesh and scale it according to your needs (such as the 400 x 400 wall and the scaled 400 x 400 wall)??
I did some research and learned that scaling a mesh will not cause any performance issues (theoretically) BUT you will surely have problems on your UV lightmaps, but my setup is to have the project to be unlit (no lights), but in the long run, which one is more preferable??
Thank you! I guess I’ll just go with one mesh but scaling it according to my needs. I already have multiple meshes modeled already but I’m having problems with aligning the textures. Anyways thank you!
