I have been working with Epic products for about 8 years and they have never done such a thing. They have always stuck to what they had announced, so I wouldn’t worry about it.

by any foreseeable-future, UE4 wont just all of a sudden go “subscription or you cant use it” right?
yeah companies can do pretty much everything, mainly asking for a general opinion as I would never like seeing something as such happening. just love the engine so much. thanks
