Summary
After the most recent update (29.20) tracker devices have a chance (1 in 10 from my best guess, might be greater chance though) to not reset on the next round. The trackers will maintain whatever value they had previous round. (Thankfully this can be temporarily fixed by resetting the trackers before the round ends)
Steps to Reproduce
Increment a tracker device and start a new round. On the next round the tracker will have a chance to still have the value instead of resetting to zero.
Expected Result
The tracker resets to zero as expected
Observed Result
The tracker has a chance to maintain a value from a previous round.
